To manage your delivery needs, we have a digital proof of delivery system that links everyone involved together. When your delivery is complete, you’ll receive an email with the relevant details: GPS/address where it was signed and by whom, who delivered it and what time, images of the signature and any relevant photos (contactless delivery etc) the driver included.

 

We also have the option to update your recipient via email or text when the delivery is headed their way. The communication will give them an ETA as well as a tracking link to be able to see the driver getting closer to their arrival. Of course, this helps keep all of our ducks in a row as well! All of this is included in any delivery free of charge.
